The TCLF Skills Observatory is managed through a collaborative governance approach, ensuring the quality, relevance and continuous updating of skills intelligence information for the TCLF sector.
The Observatory is developed within the framework of the Skills4Circularity project and is integrated into the broader ECOSYSTEX ecosystem, strengthening synergies with European initiatives, sectoral networks and knowledge-sharing activities related to sustainability, innovation and skills development in the TCLF industries.
Roles and responsibilities
The governance of the Observatory is based on a coordinated approach involving different stakeholders:
- Coordination and editorial management: CITEVE is responsible for the overall coordination of the Observatory, including content management, organisation of information flows and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Content validation: Information is reviewed to ensure accuracy, relevance and consistency before publication.
- Stakeholder contribution: European projects, sectoral initiatives and relevant TCLF stakeholders contribute to the identification and sharing of knowledge, data and insights related to skills needs and developments.
Content validation and update cycle
The Observatory consolidates information from European projects, sectoral initiatives and stakeholder contributions addressing skills development, education and training, and the transition towards a sustainable and circular TCLF ecosystem.
Content is monitored and reviewed through a continuous improvement process, with updates planned every 9 months to ensure that information remains relevant and aligned with evolving sectoral needs.
